Life happens. Here is how cancellations, no shows, and refunds work, kept human.
The free intro call
The first intro call is free and carries no obligation. Cancel or reschedule it any time.
Rescheduling and cancelling sessions
Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session. With that notice, there is no charge and we simply find a new time.
Late cancellations and no shows
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or miss a session without notice, that session is counted as used. The clear exception is a genuine emergency, which Jake handles case by case and with grace. The goal is fairness, not penalties.
Refunds
Coaching is pay as you go, so there is rarely anything to refund. If you prepaid for sessions you have not used, those are refundable on request. If a session genuinely did not serve you, tell Jake and he will make it right.
Stopping any time
There is no contract that locks you in. You can stop coaching whenever you decide it is no longer the right fit.
